Masor Works collects customer information in its customer data register for contacting and communications, as well as customer relationship management.

    The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information and for updating it as necessary. Continuous, automatically collected data content includes a history of offers, deals, projects and related communications. Information obtained from third parties may include credit information of the like provided by third parties as general business information services. Revisions can also be made from general government sources.

  3. Principles of protecting the register
    Masor Works Oy takes the confidentiality of personal data seriously. We use administrative, physical and electronic measures to protect data from unauthorized access. The information in the customer data register is stored in a database that is only accessible to pre-defined persons by entering a username and a password. The database is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Databases and their backups are located in locked spaces that can only be accessed by pre-designated individuals.
    Masor Works will never disclose, sell or exchange customer data register information for marketing purposes outside of Masor Works. While we strive to ensure the integrity and security of your personal information, we cannot guarantee that the security measures used will prevent third parties and so-called hackers from gaining access to your personal information illegally.
    We will notify registrants, as required by law, of any violation of the protection, confidentiality or integrity of unencrypted, electronically stored personal information at an appropriate time and without undue delay, in a manner consistent with law enforcement needs or to determine the extent of the violation and restore reasonable information system integrity.

The data subject has the right to request the correction of incorrect or inaccurate information.

    The data subject has the right to request the deletion of his or her data from the customer data register, except in the following situations:
    – the customer has an ongoing case with Masor Works
    – the customer has an open project with Masor Works
    – the customer has an outstanding debt to Masor Works
    – if the customer has misused or is suspected of having misused Masor Work’s services in the last four years.
  4. Operating instructions:
    – Regarding requests for checking, correcting and/or deleting personal data, first personally contact the contact person of Major Work Oy’s customer register.
    – If necessary, make an appointment for processing. The possible meeting will address issues related to the request.
    – Masor Works Oy has the right to refuse to execute the request on the grounds provided by the applicable law.
